Bill Germano, Chief Revenue Officer
Bill is an accomplished Food Industry leader who has helped take several innovative food brands from start-up to success. This would include now-iconic Kettle Chips and Cape Cod Snack Foods as well as allergen-friendly and Gluten Free Lucy’s Cookies and other products that were developed as packaged products or foodservice ingredients.
Throughout his time in the food industry Bill has kept a firm belief that Food is Life. Whole foods, minimally processed from natural sources, with a commitment to social responsibility and protecting the land for the next generation.
In recent years Bill was contracted by a major US-based international grain trading company to create a new consumer-products subsidiary for developing and marketing grain-based products. This culminated in a visit by the US Secretary of Agriculture to celebrate a particular sustainable agricultural innovation.
Bill believes that Next Generation Foods stands for all of the values that have been important to him. As Chief Revenue Officer he works alongside the founders and Next Generation team to make products
available to fine restaurants and grocery retailers across the country.
Bill has. B.S. in Marketing from Marylhurst University, serves as an Entrepreneurship Instructor and has been involved as an advisor to early-stage food companies.
