Michael Bosworth

CEO

At Next Generation Foods, no two days are alike. Every morning, the team embraces fresh challenges by actively engaging with chefs and innovating products that benefit both customers and their dedicated network of partner farmers. 

Michael is proud to be part of a company that champions high-quality foods grown by honest, hardworking family farmers. The growers pour their heart and soul into producing the best ingredients, and Michael ensures that every step—from the field to the plate—preserves that exceptional quality and freshness.

Michael holds a BS in Crop Science & Management and an MS in Agricultural & Resource Economics from UC Davis. These credentials have deepened his passion for agriculture and strengthened his commitment to sustainable food production. Additionally, Michael serves on numerous rice industry boards at both the state and national level

Andrew Brutlag

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is our Chief Operating Officer and spent more than a decade farming and working in the food manufacturing industry.  He has degree in Food Science with extensive hands-on experience creating products and processes that deliver quality and value. 

As COO, he oversees production, operations, and the overall execution of our businesses. “My focus is on leading teams, streamlining systems, and ensuring that every aspect of the company runs with efficiency, integrity, and a commitment to excellence

Bill Germano

Chief Revenue Officer

Bill is an accomplished Food Industry leader who has helped take several innovative food products from start-up to success.

Throughout his time in the food industry Bill has held a firm belief that Food is Life. Whole foods, nutritious and minimally processed, with a commitment to social responsibility and protecting the land for the next generation.

Bill believes that Next Generation Foods stands for all of the values that have been important to him. As Chief Revenue Officer he works alongside the founders and Next Generation team to make our products available to fine restaurants and grocery retailers across the country.

Bill has. B.S. in Marketing from Marylhurst University, serves as an Entrepreneurship Instructor and has been involved as an advisor to early-stage food companies.
